Further friendly confirmed

Athlone Town will make the journey North East on the 20th February to take on Drogheda United for what is likely to be their final pre season friendly before their season gets under way in the Leinster Senior Cup later that month. Kick off in United Park is scheduled for 7:45pm

Bohs friendly confirmed

Athlone Town FC face Bohemians on Thursday 4th February in their first friendly match of 2010, kick-off 7.45pm. Brendan Place’s squad has been in training for two weeks and this will be a true test of the Athlone squad..
Manager Brendan Place has begun assembling a squad which contains ex-Bohemians Stephen Caffrey and Mark Nolan.

Athlone get trip to the seaside in Leinster Senior Cup 1st Round

Athlone Town have been handed an away trip to the seaside in the First Round of the Leinster Senior Cup after being drawn against Bray Wanderers.
Match is scheduled to take place the week ending Sunday February 28th.
